We are looking for a skilled **Communication Trainer**, they will be responsible for designing and implementing effective communication training programs for our students. Their role will involve identifying areas for improvement, conducting training sessions, and providing guidance and feedback to help students develop exceptional communication skills. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in communication training and a passion for helping others succeed.

**Job Purpose**:
The primary purpose of Communication Trainer in the Placement Department is to equip students with the essential communication skills necessary for professional success. This role focuses on enhancing verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities, enabling students to effectively express their ideas, collaborate with others, and present themselves confidently in job interviews and workplace settings.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive communication skill training programs tailored to meet the needs of our students.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance students' communication abilities, including verbal, written, and non-verbal communication. - Provide guidance and coaching to students, offering constructive feedback to help them improve their communication skills.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in communication training and incorporate them into our programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements and salary details**
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Communication Skill Developer or similar role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet declines.
