JOB DESCRIPTION- PROMETRIC TRAINER

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prometric Trainer to join our team. The Prometric Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to individuals preparing for Prometric exams, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for individuals or small groups preparing for Prometric exams.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies tailored to the specific requirements of Prometric exam preparation.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees in understanding exam formats, question types, and scoring criteria.
- Administer practice tests and assessments to evaluate trainees' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help trainees overcome challenges and enhance their performance.
- Stay updated on changes to Prometric exam content, formats, and policies, and incorporate these updates into training materials and sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of trainees' attendance, progress, and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Healthcare, Engineering) preferred.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a test preparation context.
- Familiarity with Prometric exam formats, content, and scoring criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience Requirements:
**Prometric Trainer: At least 4to 5 years of experience.**

**Salary: 25,000 to 30,000**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
