Job Title: Receptionist/Hostess

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Hostess. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. You will manage the front desk, greet and direct visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Timings : 3-10pm / 4-11pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, positive attitude
- Manage phone lines, answering inquiries and transferring calls appropriately
- Check-in guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide information about the facilities, services, and promotions
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Ensure that all guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
