ABOUT JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Client Servicing Executive for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic in communicating with clients and customers and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong desire to learn.
- Creative approach towards problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Staying updated with recent trends happening in the startup industry.
- Good MS Excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Possess great listening skills and patience
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended, Accordingly and keep records of client interactions
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues.
- Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

- Full Time team members need to stay with us for at least 1 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
