Client Servicing Executive

**# Role & Responsibilities**

**Project Management**:

- Handle marketing projects, branding projects, and digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with design, planning, project management, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects.
- Coordinate with operations and servicing team internally to ensure proper staffing on the project based on bandwidth available within each department.
- Conduct regular research on existing clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
- Manage branding projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategies.

**Client Communication**:

- Create and maintain client documents and interaction archives.
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, facilitating effective collaboration across departments.
- Keep clients informed regarding updates, progress, and execution of campaigns.
- Develop and manage client relationships across various levels.
- time to time reporting and evaluations as per brand’s requirement

**Resource Optimization**:

- Ensure optimal utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction.

**Digital Marketing Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing platforms for brands or execute through internal teams.
- Manage social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and other digital marketing channels.

**# Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Agency background preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in advertising or brand communication is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,053.55 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malad West Dely, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
