Hocalwire Labs Private Limited is seeking a Sales Associate professional to join our IT team, who can groom into Level 1( Sales Associate) after the internship period based on performance.
About Us
Hocalwire is a platform for everyone to consume and generate news that is local and relevant. With the advent of technology, in most cases, people end up with an overload of information. And typically, one ends up reading about the news that is thousands of miles away but remains unaware of what happens in their locality.
Realizing that technology has enabled each one to generate news around them means citizens have the power to produce news that is factual and relevant to their locality. At Hocalwire, we strive to bridge this gap of connecting each individual to become a journalist and getting their content curated into factual news. Our mission is to use the power of citizen journalism to make way for what we call Hocalism, the 'Journalism 2.0'.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
- Stay informed about product and industry developments
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals
Skills Required:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
