**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage official documents, forms, and financial records accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Format and maintain reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and coordinate with tech support when needed.
- Handle confidential records and ensure proper digital and physical filing.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Maintain backup of important documents and ensure data security practices.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / IT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very fast and accurate **typing speed** is a must.
- Excellent proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint**, and document formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data work.
- Good communication and time management skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
