Reconciling monthly GSTR 2B with the books of accounts. Following up with the accounts team for rectification of differences.
- Making necessary entries in Tally for GST reconciliation, and adjusting GST Input with GST output and deferment of Input not reflecting in 2B.
- Raising E-Invoice for Construction Contract bills, Sale of Materials and Sale of services with proper HSN code and location.
- Scrutinize the books and identify expenses/payments liable to RCM, pass necessary entries for RCM liability.
- Identify In-eligible ITC and reverse the Input in books and 3B.
- Should have good experience in Tally Prime Edit Log, must handle multiple tally backups of branches and consolidate the data for GST returns filing.
- File GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B for big companies. (construction company experience would be preferred)
- Address the notices received from the GST department, attend the GST office and coordinate with the GST officials for audit.
- Handle multiple GST registrations and extract data from single tally and some times from multiple tally data for returns filing.
- Create and maintain appropriate documents supporting the monthly returns filed.
- Excellent at handling MS excel for preparing data, extracting reports/ledgers, preparing reconciliations and workings to support the returns.
- Drafting reply to notices from the GST department. Good at English and Tamil. Hindi would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
