Gst Practitioner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Filing and Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Ensure clients are in compliance with GST regulations and deadlines.
- Review GST-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
- **GST Advisory**:

- Provide advice on GST taxability, exemptions, and classification of goods and services.
- Offer guidance on optimizing GST-related tax strategies and structuring businesses in line with GST laws.
- **GST Audits and Assessments**:

- Assist clients during GST audits and assessments conducted by tax authorities.
- Represent clients in case of tax disputes and investigations.
- **Refund Processing**:

- Help clients process GST refunds for input tax credit (ITC) and exports.
- **Input Tax Credit (ITC)**:

- **Dispute Resolution**:

- Assist clients in resolving any GST-related disputes or queries raised by tax authorities.
- Support clients with preparing necessary documents and representations during disputes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in GST filing, compliance, and advisory.
- Experience in handling GST audits and resolving tax-related disputes.
- **Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of GST laws, procedures, and tax filing software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with financial matters.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong client-oriented approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
