Experience in Advanced Excel

Experience in Tally

Experience in invoicing

**Job Description-**

Experience of 2 plus years in the BPO - Voice process.

Possess knowledge of advanced formulas in MS Excel

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Excellent analytical and presentation skills, in order to create and present reports and data.

Excellent inter-personal skills and customer relationship management

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Co-ordinate with Legal to send letters for outstanding issues.

Co-ordinate with Project Team to track the billing milestones for invoicing.

Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to the customers.

Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.

Weekly reporting of invoicing totals / aging totals / cash receipts / invoice adjustments etc.

Ensure that MIS is shared with Business on a timely basis.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
