We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an **IT Recruitment & Operations Executive**.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT and Operations talent to support our growing company.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.

**As a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director**, provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.

Monitor and review operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, financial reports, and other performance metrics to support informed decision making.

Participate in project planning and implementation to support the growth and success of the company Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

As a Personal assistant, one would be responsible for assisting the Managing Director proactively in both professional and personal capacities.

This may include traveling nationally and internationally to attend business meetings, events, trade fairs, and other official functions.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate and/or Post Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Commerce Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment executive, ideally within the IT and operations fields.
- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills**.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Familiarity with labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
