We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and enforce quality standards in construction activities, ensuring that work is performed according to approved plans and specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing any potential hazards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, working to keep the project on track.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of construction progress, daily activities, and any issues encountered, reporting to higher management as needed.
- **Resource Management**: Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources on-site to optimize efficiency and reduce wastage.
- **Client Communication**: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns they may have.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
