Job Description : join our dynamic BPO team as a Customer Support Executive in Madurai We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide exceptional support.

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist Chennai customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and response time.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduates from Chennai
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer support software/tools.
