- We are looking for Operations Associate to join our Operations team. Your Job will be responsible for working on resolving claims and or tasks associated to US healthcare RCM.

- You are a curious person who is great at identifying problems and seeing them through to resolution. You also will partner with our quality team to ensure training opportunities are identified and will own training related action items to drive better business outcomes.
The Team:
- The operations team holds accountability of critical parts of workflows of athenahealth. We execute driving key initiatives in athenaClinicals and athenaCollector by working with our customers as well as internal stakeholders. We are responsible for leveraging the knowledge in the athenaNet platform in order to improve the product and advance our services.
Job Responsibilities- Analyze complex breakdowns in the process associated with follow-up, denials management, payment posting related and or clinicals related issues through performing root cause analysis and provide appropriate next steps to BPO teams-
- Accountable to drive workflows, directives and new work assignments with the BPO teams at the capacity of SME and trainer-
- Drive process specific calls with BPO teams to drive better outcomes in qualityTypical Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent-
- 5-7 years’ experience in fast paced environment-
- Previous experience in healthcare RCM environment, mandatoryAbout athenahealth
