**Operations Associate**

We're looking for a sharp and organized Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be key to ensuring our daily operations are efficient and that we provide a great experience for our students and educators.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Handle Daily Tasks: You'll support day-to-day office functions, from scheduling to managing documents and distributing materials.
- Manage Student Journey: You'll oversee the admissions, onboarding, and course coordination for our students, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Maintain Records: You'll be responsible for keeping accurate and organized records in our CRM and LMS platforms.
- Analyze Data: You'll create and analyze reports to help us understand our performance and make smarter decisions.
- Improve Processes: You'll work with different teams—like sales, support, and product—to improve workflows and find new ways to make our operations more efficient.
- Ensure Quality: You'll assist with exam coordination and help us maintain high-quality standards.
- Solve Problems: You'll be the go-to person for operational issues and help support our customer experience initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: A Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of operations experience is preferred. Experience in EdTech or a similar tech environment is a plus.
- Skills: You must be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savvy: You should be proficient with MS Office and Google Sheets. Any experience with CRM software is a bonus.
- Mindset: You should be able to handle multiple tasks at once and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Passion: A passion for education and technology is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
