**Roles and Responsibilities**
**1. Office Management**
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Oversee office layout and maintain office equipment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
**2. Administrative Support**
- Prepare, organize, and file documents (both digital and hard copy).
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for staff or management.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between departments or teams.
- Handle mail distribution and courier services.
**4. Financial & Record Keeping**
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting tasks.
- Monitor petty cash and office spending.
**6. Compliance & Confidentiality**
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive company and employee information.
- Help prepare for audits or regulatory inspections when needed
Good Communication Skills - Hindi and English both
