**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and other designers) to define, design, and deliver innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in UI elements, typography, and visual design across products.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and give constructive feedback to peers.
- Analyze competitor products and industry trends to contribute valuable insights for continuous design improvements.
- Advocate for the user experience and ensure designs meet both business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of user research methods and the ability to turn data into actionable design solutions.
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- A strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
