**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Maintain visual consistency with reusable components, auto-layouts, and design tokens.

**Collaboration & Figma Expertise**
- Build and maintain shared design systems and libraries in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders via FigJam, comments, and shared files.
- Leverage Figma plugins and integrations to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

**User Research & Testing**
- Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Continuously iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

**Developer Handoff & Implementation**
- Deliver clean, well-documented design specs and assets using Figma Inspect.
- Support the development team to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs.
- Communicate design intent clearly and effectively in agile environments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in **Figma** (Auto-layouts, Variants, Components, Prototyping).
- Solid understanding of **UI/UX principles**, user behavior, and design thinking.
- Experience with **design systems** and scalable component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS** is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like **FigJam**, and **prototyping animations** is preferred.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven and adaptable with strong time management.

**Experience & Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Design**, **Human-Computer Interaction**, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **3 years** of experience in a UI/UX role with a focus on **Figma-based projects**.
- A **strong portfolio** showcasing user-centered design solutions and Figma proficiency.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
