**Job Summary**
We’re seeking a talented Figma Designer with 3+ years of experience to craft intuitive, visually appealing digital interfaces. You’ll play a key role in translating ideas into seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design clean, modern UI for web and mobile apps
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build and manage scalable design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure accessibility and accurate design-to-development handoff

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Bachelor's in Design or related field (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)
- Strong grasp of UX/UI best practices and visual design principles
- Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver
- Portfolio showcasing Figma-based projects (required)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
