**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using Figma to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- **Design Systems**: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver design solutions.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.
- **User Testing**: Conduct user testing sessions and analyse results to make data-driven design decisions.
- **Trends & Best Practices**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of design.
- **Documentation**: Document design processes, design rationale, and user flows to communicate design decisions effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proven experience designing user interfaces and experience with Figma.
- **User-Centered Design**: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze user feedback and data to drive design decisions.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Design Systems**: Experience developing and maintaining design systems and style guides.
- **User Research**: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- **Design Tools**: Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Experience working in an agile development environment.
