Newchem Sunraysia Pvt Ltd is a leading agricultural solutions provider dedicated to enhancing the productivity and sustainability of farms across India. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agriculture Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires extensive travel across India to engage with B2B clients and provide them with innovative agricultural solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the agricultural sector.
2. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our agricultural products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
3. **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the client base, and achieve sales targets.
4. **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
5. **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support to clients on the usage of our products and services.
6. **Training**: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on best agricultural practices.
7. **Data Analysis**: Analyze data related to agricultural performance and recommend improvements to clients.
8. **Travel**: Extensive travel across India to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide on-site support.
Qualifications:
1. Education: MBA in Agriculture or a related field is required.
2. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
3. Agricultural Knowledge: Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and related technologies.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex agricultural issues and provide practical solutions.
6. Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team.
7. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
8. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively throughout India.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
