**Job Role**
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Utilize various testing and measuring equipment to assess product characteristics and identify deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain process controls to enhance overall product quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections and test results.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing quality metrics, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and defects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- In process quality check of product
- Final QC of finished product
- Managing Pre-Dispatch Report [PDR] as per Format
- Reports submission to seniors
- Strong Knowledge of 5S, ISO, 7QC tools, ZED, and TQM.
- Working Experience on Digital measurement tools like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

**Work Experience**
- Should have min 3-5 years of experience in same field

**Educational Qualification**
- Graduate/Post Graduate [Mechanical with min. 60% marks]
- Good command over MS Office

**Skill Set**
- Should have good team management skills
- Good communication skills,
- Ready to take additional responsibility,
- Passionate enough to complete work energetically on time,
- Should have Positive attitude
- Staying max. 45 - 60 mins commutation time from office.
- Should be honest. No criminal record.
- Flexible to work on weekends/holidays [Once/twice a month].
- Flexible to travel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
