**Position**: Quality Executive
**Industry**: Printing and Packaging
**Experience**: 5-7 Years
**Qualification**: Graduate in Science/Engineering/Printing Technology (preferred: certification in Quality Control, ISO, or Six Sigma)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control parameters during various stages of the printing and packaging process.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, substrates, inks, and packaging components before production.
- Record and report non-conformities, initiate corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory or customer-specific quality requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues in real-time.
- Train shop floor staff on quality awareness, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and inspection techniques.
- Participate in internal quality audits and support external audits by customers or certifying bodies.
- Assist the Quality Manager in preparing reports, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct visual inspections for print defects, color consistency, registration, and packaging integrity.
- Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and traceability of finished goods as per job specifications.
- Monitor and calibrate measuring tools and inspection instruments used in quality checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
