Responsibilities:

- Program Development:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of preschool-aged children.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create lesson plans and educational materials that align with curriculum goals and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and update curriculum to meet the changing needs of students and incorporate best practices in early childhood education.
- Staff Management and Training:

- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff and support personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management.
- Organize professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and stay abreast of current trends in early childhood education.
- Parent Communication and Engagement:

- Foster positive relationships with parents and families by maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize parent-teacher conferences and other events to keep parents informed about their child's progress and involvement in the preschool program.
- Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development at home and in the classroom.
- Administrative Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool program, including scheduling, enrollment, and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and other applicable standards governing early childhood education programs.
- Community Outreach:

- Represent the preschool program within the local community and build partnerships with other organizations and agencies that support early childhood development.
- Participate in outreach efforts to promote enrollment and raise awareness of the benefits of early childhood education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in early childhood education, with prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and accreditation standards for preschool programs.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
