Jump Thru Joy Preschool is looking for an enthusiastic and organized **Preschool Coordinator** to manage daily school operations, support academic teams, and assist in marketing and admissions. If you are passionate about early childhood education and have experience in administration and marketing, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day preschool operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise teaching and support staff
- Interact with parents to address queries, provide updates, and build rapport
- Coordinate curriculum planning and execution with academic teams
- Handle admission inquiries, follow-ups, and school tours
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies (online & offline)
- Promote school activities, events, and campaigns across various channels
- Ensure documentation and compliance with internal policies
- Graduate in Education or relevant field (PG preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in preschool coordination or early education
- Marketing experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and leadership qualities
- Comfortable with MS Office, basic digital tools, and social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,651.75 - ₹20,000.00 per month
