**Position**: Finance Manager
**Contract Duration**: 3 years (Renewable)
**Job Location**: Maputo, Mozambique (Southern Africa)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**: Oversee and maintain all bookkeeping, tax compliance, and audit procedures.
- **Auditing & Compliance**: Conduct audits, check client reports, and ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and annual filings.
- **MIS & Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- **ERP Systems**: Utilize ERP software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks) for efficient financial management.
- **Client & Team Handling**: Manage client accounts and lead a team to achieve financial objectives.

**Required Expertise**:

- **Skills**: Auditing, Client Reporting, Taxation, VAT, Annual Filings, Income Tax, MIS Reporting, Financial Controls
- **ERP Proficiency**: Tally, Zoho, SAP, QuickBooks, and similar software

**Education**:

- CA/CS/Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **10+ years** in Accounting and Auditing, with proven expertise in auditing, taxation, and financial compliance.
