**Intune L3 & L2 resources required**

The ideal person should have good understanding of the relationship between Active Directory, AZURE directory service and conditional access with regards to mobile device management in Intune, as well as MDM/MAM strategies, solutions and policies. MS Intune SME is part of a team responsible for effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of MS Intune and related infrastructure. Experience integrating Intune in a complex environment/ large organization - Maintain Intune device management ((iOS, macOS, Windows) and mobile access management environment. Configure - App assignment and installation, Security compliance metrics, Enrollment metrics. Deploy packages using Intune to productions users, following change management process and Remove\upgrade packages as per the business requirements. Experience with the EMS suite: Intune, Azure AD, AIP and/or Cloud App Security - Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do the right thing in ambiguous and changing situations

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Strong experience in Microsoft Windows server and its various Versions
- Mange Azure AD services such as federation, ATP, Application Proxy, Conditional Access, Intune, etc.
- Experience in Microsoft INTUNE. Experience in Azure AD
- Intune MDM and MAM administration & support.
- Configuration Profiles (including experience on creating custom profiles)
- Compliance Policies
- Conditional Access
- Azure Security Groups (Dynamic and Assigned)
- Mobile Content Management (MCM)
- PowerShell script profiles
- Application certificate management.
- Android for Enterprise
- **App integration with Azure AD and MS Intune**

**Soft Skills Required**:
Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically hot customer situations

Strong communications skills - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information, Cross-team collaboration, Logical and Critical thinking, Passion for technology and customer support

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s Degree required.

Overall 5-7 years of experience with at least 03 years of relevant experience in Active Directory, Microsoft O365 products like AZURE, ATP & Intune will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
