**Mill Operator (Atta mill operator)**

**Job overview**

We are seeking a mill /Atta Chakki operator. The mill operator is responsible for safe & day-to-day mill operation, while ensuring production and quality requirement are within guidelines

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure adherence to all pre-operational checks and efficiently operate and safely shut-down
- Day to day machine safe operation in plant
- Achieve given production target
- Machine maintenance & cleaning
- Performs quality analysis and food safety checks for flour transfer
- Perform QC testing on products, filing paperwork per company and ISO standards.
- Perform regular troubleshoot on machines and ensure efficient working of machinery.

**Qualification**:

- High school/ diploma & ITI
- He should be problem solving, attention to detail in his field
- 2 to 5 years in food manufacturing and packaging industry
- Must have Experience in Atta Chakki & Pulverize operation

**Experience**:
**2 to 5 years**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- FMCG: 3 years (preferred)
