**About Us**:
Collective AEC is an outsourcing firm specializing in **BIM modeling, 3D visualization, and parametric design** for global clients. We focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and coordinated design documentation using advanced digital tools.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **skilled BIM Architect** to develop and manage **Building Information Models (BIM)** across project stages. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure precision, coordination, and design quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage detailed BIM models in **Revit**.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Prepare accurate drawings and documentation.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure data integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture.
- **2-5 years of BIM/Revit experience.**:

- Strong understanding of architectural documentation.
- Proficiency in **Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks** (Rhino/Grasshopper a plus).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
