**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit or ArchiCAD across all project phases.
- Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and real-time visualizations for design presentations and client reviews.
- Use rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, D5 Render, or Unreal Engine to enhance visual outputs.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling digital assets.
- Maintain visual quality standards for all presentation materials, ensuring alignment with project branding and client expectations.
- Integrate 3D assets and data from BIM models for seamless visualization workflows.
- Assist in developing and enforcing rendering and visualization standards across the team.
- Support project delivery with BIM documentation, schedules, and drawing extractions from the model.
- Participate in design reviews and client meetings, presenting visualizations as needed.
- Stay current with rendering technologies, BIM trends, and best practices in architectural visualization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (or ArchiCAD), with a strong portfolio of architectural renderings.
- Expertise in at least two rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of post-production techniques using Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, texture mapping, and animation workflows.
- Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, construction systems, and detailing.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with attention to aesthetics and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
