Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze electrical power, lighting, HVAC power, low voltage (LV), and security construction documents.
- Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of electrical designs with other disciplines within the BIM environment.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support and insights related to BIM and electrical systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and electrical engineering practices.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on BIM.
- Strong understanding of electrical power, lighting, HVAC power, LV, and security systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with clash detection and coordination within BIM models.
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to electrical engineering and BIM.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
