We are a dynamic architecture firm specializing in delivering innovative design solutions and high-quality project documentation. We leverage advanced BIM processes to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration across disciplines.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models across various project stages.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Create detailed construction drawings, 3D visualizations, and parametric components.
- Implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Support project coordination through clash detection and design validation.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and other BIM tools.
- Knowledge of **Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper** (preferred).
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documents, and coordination workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum [X years] of experience in BIM-based architecture projects.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
