UpGrad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals to support various sales activities and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in prospecting and identifying potential leads through research and outreach.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Participate in sales meetings and calls to observe and learn sales techniques and strategies.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing information about UpGrad's programs and offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Help maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of [insert duration] months.
