
Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Scheduling**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure successful project execution.
- **Coordination and Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progression.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives efficiently.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenditures, prepare cost estimates, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
