US Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Onsite
About the Role
Work Schedule
Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Cab Facility: No Cab
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for various technical roles in the US market.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
Drive bench sales by effectively marketing and placing resources in client engagements.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
Ensure compliance with US employment regulations and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Experience: 3-5+ years in IT recruitment and bench sales for the US market.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in hiring for domains like Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, ServiceNow, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Full Stack Development, and DevOps.
Recruitment Tools:
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and ATS/CRM systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Preferred:
Knowledge of US visa and immigration processes (e.g., H1B, OPT, GC).
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
Certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
Performance Expectations
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment and bench sales targets.
Deliver accurate and timely recruitment performance reports.
