Resident Medical Officer

The officer is authorized to issue Medical Certificates to the hospital patients and also authorized to sign their reimbursement claims.
The officer has to supervise that the patients who visit the hospital in seeking treatment both as out-patient and in-patient get the treatment smoothly without any hurdles.
The officer will attend to such other duties as may be entrusted to him by the Medical Superintendent or the Director from time to time.
The officer will be on call 24 hours a day and 365 days in a year and always has to work for the benefit of cancer patients.
He/She will scrutinize and sign the indents, received from Departments before stocks are issued from the stores.
He/She will see that the Drugs, instruments, Hospital Necessaries, Registers, Glasswares required by the Institute are well planned and get them to stock well in advance on the recommendations of the Drugs Committee.
- He/She will cause to prepare the half yearly lists of time barred drugs in the Store and suggest disposal to the Medical Superintendent if the value does not exceed Rs.5,000/- per annum and in excess of it to the Director through Medical Superintendent, promptly.
- He/She should be the resident authority to supervise the satisfactory patient care and such other matters after working hours.
He/She will attend to such other duties as may be entrusted to her by the Medical Superintendent or the Director from time to time.
- He/She or along with Medical Superintendent will take ward rounds once a day and take necessary steps to improve patient care services.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
