**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the collection of digital pathology image data, ensuring quality of data, comprehensive coverage of relevant features and clinical scenarios
- Develop, document, and update detailed annotation guidelines to standardize labeling practices and ensure consistency across the dataset
- Train,evaluate, supervise, and provide ongoing support to annotation teams ensuring they understand annotation protocols
- Implement and manage quality control workflows, including multi-stage review and consensus processes to resolve discrepancies and improve annotation accuracy Utilize and evaluate annotation tools (manual and semi-automated), recommending best-fit technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy of the annotation process
- Regularly review annotated data, provide constructive feedback to annotators, and iteratively refine annotation protocols based on observed challenges and project needs
- Maintain transparent documentation of data collection and annotation processes to support reproducibility, regulatory compliance, and future project scalability

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Biology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related discipline, preferably with exposure to image based models
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries
- Experience with image processing and analysis techniques; familiarity with deep learning architectures such as CNNs, U-Net, Yolo etc
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge in deployment and optimization of model will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
