We cater to businesses of all sizes and industries, ensuring that each solution is unique and effective.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote position for a Data Scientist. They will be responsible for the analysis, and interpretation of marketing and sales data to support incrementality testing. Daily tasks include running models to perform market selection & design incrementality tests, analyzing test result data using statistical models and methods, creating data visualizations and collaborating with other departments to support data-driven recommendations for clients. The Data Scientist will also be responsible for communicating findings and insights to stakeholders.Responsibilities As a data scientist, work with other team members to actively deliver Geo test outputs for clientsDevelop and implement statistical models to solve everyday market analytics challengesPerform exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets or Excel to understand dataInterpret results from Geo tests and translate them into actionable recommendationsUse results of a test or analysis to arrive at attributed conversions & multipliersWork with larger datasets, perform data manipulation & pre-processingCollaborate with strategist teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworksWork with stakeholders to gather the data required for building modelsConduct ad-hoc analyses to support client requirementsJob Requirements Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics.2+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing , regression & time series analysisProficiency in programming and query languages like Python, R and SQL.Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIsProficiency in data manipulation and preprocessingStrong MS Excel, Google sheets skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to tell compelling stories with dataExperience using Power Point or Google slides to present findingsPreferred Qualifications Experience with Incrementality testingExperience with Spike AttributionExperience with MMMKnowledge of digital marketing strategies and tacticsFamiliarity with marketing technology platforms and data sourcesKnowledge of Advanced attribution concepts & market analytics
