**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor, track, and analyse the performance of sales promoters and merchandisers across various regions. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our field sales teams, enhancing their productivity, and providing actionable insights for improving sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of sales promoters and merchandisers across the country.
- Collect data on sales activities, key metrics (e.g., units sold, targets achieved), and merchandising standards from various regions.
- Ensure timely reporting and submission of performance data from the field.
- **Analysis & Insights**:

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve the efficiency of sales promoters and merchandisers based on collected data.
- **Compliance & Standards**:

- Monitor adherence to merchandising guidelines, sales targets, and operational protocols across different locations.
- Conduct audits (virtually or in-person) to ensure compliance with the company’s standards.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align performance tracking with broader business goals.
- Liaise with regional managers to ensure that field teams have the necessary support and resources to meet their targets.
- Serve as the point of contact for field-related performance queries and issues.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the current tracking and reporting process.
- Propose and implement improvements in how data is collected, analysed, and shared with stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to work with data, create reports, and analyse trends.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness when tracking performance and compliance.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify problems and suggest data-driven solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and regional teams.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
