**Employee Central**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee central.
- Must have 2 TO 3 full life cycle implementations/Support experience for Employee central
- Expertise on Data models configuration.
- Workflows, event reason configuration and Business rules.
- Foundation and Generic object configuration and custom MDF for People profile.
- People Profile set up.
- Role base permissions (groups and roles)
- Time off and Time sheet configurations.
- Manage Business configuration set up (country level and user type level)

**Payroll**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
- Must have 2 TO 3 full life cycle implementations/Support experience for SAP/EC US Payroll.
- Should have worked as an SME for US payroll.
- Payroll posting, bank payment process
- P to P integration/BIB integration or Legacy EC to ERP Integration through Dell boomi is desirable but not mandatory
- Payroll Schema and PCR
- Country specific payroll info types
- Must have worked on Data replication monitor to resolve EC to ERP replication issues.
- Willing to work US Hours Shift10.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
