**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **in-store sales** for walk-in customers (retail & wholesale)
- Respond to customer queries and manage communication via **WhatsApp**:

- Assist customers with **CCTV and electronics product selection**:

- Provide basic product support and troubleshooting (self-learning expected)
- Update and manage product displays, pricing, and stock levels
- Engage in **basic marketing** tasks - product promotions, outreach, etc.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure good service
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in sales** (preferably in CCTV, electronics, or similar fields)
- Knowledge of CCTV, electronics, or willingness to learn independently
- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Kannada** (mandatory)
- Basic digital skills - WhatsApp, Google search, simple Excel, etc.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly
- Must be ready to work on-site full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
