Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain filing systems and handle confidential documents with integrity.
- Support in budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
- Represent the executive team in a professional and courteous manner.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
- Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
