**Job Overview**

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch customer service and assistance. This position requires a blend of hospitality, customer service, and event management skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and check-ins/check-outs
- Handle reservations and bookings efficiently
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage guest complaints and conflicts with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

**Skills**
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements
- Experience in hospitality or related field is beneficial
- Ability to handle children's activities or events management is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Conflict management skills for handling challenging situations
- Knowledge of theater or lifeguard duties would be advantageous
- Familiarity with food service operations would be beneficial

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
