Pre-primary Teacher Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**: Oversee the implementation of the pre-primary school curriculum, ensuring that it is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the school's vision and objectives. Provide guidance to teachers on curriculum delivery, activity planning, and assessment methods suitable for young children.
- **Teacher Supervision and Mentoring**: Supervise and mentor pre-primary school teachers, providing constructive feedback on their teaching practices, classroom management techniques, and interactions with young children. Offer support for their professional growth in early childhood education. Conduct regular classroom observations.
- **Professional Development**: Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for pre-primary school teachers, focusing on best practices in early childhood education, child development, and effective teaching strategies for young learners. Keep abreast of current research and trends.
- **Teacher Coordination**: Coordinate the activities of pre-primary school teachers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among them. Facilitate regular meetings to discuss curriculum, child development, student progress, and school-related matters.
- **Child Development Focus**: Maintain a strong focus on child development principles in all aspects of the pre-primary program. Ensure that all activities and interactions are developmentally appropriate and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their children's progress, development, and school-related matters. Address parent concerns and foster positive parent-teacher relationships. Provide guidance to parents on supporting their child's learning at home.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources effectively within the pre-primary section, including teaching materials, learning aids, toys, equipment, and technology.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of teacher performance, child progress, and other relevant information.
- **School Events and Activities**: Assist in organizing and coordinating school events and activities within the pre-primary section, such as celebrations, performances, and parent-teacher events.
- **Policy Implementation**: Ensure that school policies and procedures are implemented consistently within the pre-primary section, with particular attention to child safety and well-being.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other school administrators and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive school environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation (essential)
- **Professional Training**: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) / Montessori Training (essential)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary School Teacher, with some experience in a leadership or coordination role preferred.

**Salary**:
INR 35,000 - 40,000 per month. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
