
Primary Teacher Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Oversee the implementation of the primary school curriculum, ensuring that it is aligned with the school's vision and objectives. Provide guidance to teachers on curriculum delivery and assessment.
- **Teacher Supervision and Mentoring**: Supervise and mentor primary school teachers, providing constructive feedback on their teaching practices and offering support for their professional growth. Conduct regular classroom observations.
- **Professional Development**: Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for primary school teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in primary education.
- **Teacher Coordination**: Coordinate the activities of primary school teachers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among them. Facilitate regular meetings to discuss curriculum, student progress, and school-related matters.
- **Student Support**: Work closely with teachers to identify students' learning needs and provide appropriate support. Collaborate with the school counselor and other staff members to address students' academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their children's progress and school-related matters. Address parent concerns and foster positive parent-teacher relationships.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources effectively within the primary section, including teaching materials, equipment, and technology.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of teacher performance, student progress, and other relevant information.
- **School Events and Activities**: Assist in organizing and coordinating school events and activities within the primary section.
- **Policy Implementation**: Ensure that school policies and procedures are implemented consistently within the primary section.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other school administrators and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive school environment.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduation (essential)
- **Professional Training**: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) / D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) / ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) (essential)
**Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Primary School Teacher, with some experience in a leadership or coordination role preferred.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of primary education principles and practices.
- Ability to mentor and supervise teachers effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
**Salary**:
INR 35,000 - 45,000 per month. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
