An upcoming fully residential school project for 1000 children, near IIM, Joka, is looking for **Assistant Store In Charge**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times, optimal stock levels, stock and consumption records;
- Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re
- order level to order from supplies;
- Review physical inventories periodically;
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice, handle the petty cash for the site expenses & sometimes go to the market for purchase of materials ;
- Keeps and updates records of good received and issued;
- Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report;
- Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure;
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned;

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree + Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Should have strong work ethics, quick learner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good writing skills and should be able to do market research and build presentations/documents.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver in tough timelines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- construction site: 5 years (required)
- housing project: 5 years (preferred)
