**Job Summary**:
The Procurement Manager cum Store Keeper will be responsible for the end-to-end management of procurement and inventory functions for the expansion phase of a new hospital setting. This includes sourcing quality materials, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining optimum stock levels for all hospital departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:

- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers for medical, surgical, housekeeping, and administrative materials.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Monitor market trends to forecast demand and adjust purchase strategies accordingly.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for audits and internal controls.

**Inventory & Store Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems (e.g., ERP or inventory software).
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Issue and allocate materials to departments based on indents and priorities.
- Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and organization of inventory.

**Coordination & Reporting**:

- Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to understand their material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and procurement reports.
- Identify slow-moving and obsolete items and take necessary disposal actions.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures for procurement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of medical supplies and hospital procurement standards is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
