**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create, curate, and publish engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and creatives.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments.
- Engage with followers to foster a community and maintain a positive brand image.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
