**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Counseling**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, curriculum, and enrollment processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- **Marketing**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote courses.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract prospective students.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update the student database with accurate and current information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to the management team.
- Assist in the development and improvement of the counseling and enrollment process.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or course counseling, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
