**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client specifications.
- Assist clients in preparing properties for sale, including staging and marketing strategies.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Provide guidance on property management issues as needed.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and legal regulations.
- Prepare and present property listings through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using organizational skills.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service; previous real estate experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to the real estate industry.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
- Administrative experience related to real estate transactions is preferred.
